The Growling Gator - Lambton Shores

Place is funky, but the staff ate during making drinks, dishes came to the table dirty and dingy, the staff is young and uninterested, preferably drinking and eating behind the bar with their friends and colleagues then serve customers. Also found hair in food, and was nothing, given a short “Sorry” by waitress. Accessibility: Had a ramp!

We were a group of 8 and the restaurant accidentally charged us for the table next to ours as well. Upon noticing, we went to the manager who did not even have the decency to apologize for their wrongdoing. On top of it the server returned a bunch of cash and said I need to do my job and walked away. Furthermore, the refund amount was incorrect and we had to calculate the errors ourselves and let them know a second time. Please treat customers with respect moving forward. Disgusted by the server and manager’s attitude!

Loved the ambience. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. You can see the beach and if you happen to go at sunset you have a beautiful view of sunset while you have dinner. The food is amazing and the it taste delicious. If you wish to have not so chilly food this place is highly recommended. The staff at this place provide excellent services.
