We went for for lunch on Fathers day. Service was a little slow but friendly. Roast was good quality and big portions. desserts were fine but limited menu. Set menu was good value.
Lovely pub and good service but the Sunday roast was poor- nice meat but everything else was undercooked and disappointing.
2 for 1 on regular pints most weekdays until 7pm. Includes some cocktails and wines. Great value. Some sunny tables out the back in summer when the roof is removed. I booked a large table at The Stonhouse for my birthday, after some recommendations from friends. We were very impressed by everything. The food was delicious, really quick and efficient service from Katie (who was really lovely- thank you so much! and all the staff were really accommodating and kind as we wanted to extend our booking. It’s also dog and child friendly, with a cupcake kit given to my friend to entertain her toddler! Our lunch (and first time at The Stonhouse was great and we will definitely be coming again!
