over there. I see this place had a bad rap so far, but I noticed in the last 6 months improvements in the food. some dishes are really rough, but their failsafe are their burgers. normally very nice and the fries are also ok. also the fish and chips are uook. the beer is cold and it has a better than average atmoshphere than most london pubs. I agree that it is better in the opposite, but there is also much worse! View all feedback.

in london in business and visited here twice in 2 weeks. eating is not bad and it is actually quite reasonable for london- however. the personal is simply terrible! at both locations I finished my meal and before my server had left the table with empty tellers, she produced the bill. I felt like a criminal! Not everyone will run away and she was not only shameful that I immediately, but rather rudely settled with it!... View all feedback.
The fish and chips were excellent. a good healthy portion and very tasty. the fries are homemade that I eat but very good. the decor is beautiful, many candles of the server new we were out of stock and let us taste some local animals without asking. good experience

Really terrible eating. Sunday lunch there once, it was terrible there are much better pubs in the opposite.
This may have been one of the most disrespectful experiences I have had at a restaurant. I was sitting at a table, enjoying a drink, when an older man informed me I needed to leave because the table was "reserved for ladies". There was no sign indicating the table was reserved, and there were no other available seats in the bar. It was disappointing to receive such poor service, especially since I was enjoying the atmosphere of the pub as a visitor to the area.
