Contribute FeedbackNestled in Brixton, The Duke of Edinburgh boasts a charming pub atmosphere with an unexpectedly spacious interior and a vibrant beer garden. Patrons rave about the lively ambiance, friendly service, and solid food options, particularly the jerk chicken burger and crispy fries. However, recent visits have been marred by inconsistent service and food quality, particularly during busy meal times, with complaints of cold dishes and errors. While many cherish the pub's potential for social gatherings and sports viewing, the divided feedback suggests it may be time for a reassessment of the dining experience.
This local pub has a spacious beer garden and a friendly staff. The food is decent and will satisfy your hunger. They offer a good selection of local beers. The only downside is that they could use some heating in the winter, but it's great to visit in the summer. Overall, worth a visit.
Excellent pub with £4.50 Amstel beers available during happy hour. The service was friendly and the chips were delicious.
