I had the pleasure of being helped by Anna, Iba and Jesse, I had a very complicated order because my granddaughter has a condition that means she cannot eat certain foods. And these amazing people went above and beyond to help make everything perfect. While the food was great, the real highlight was the friendly staff. Thank you so much, you have an amazing team. I am a full-time carer to one of my children who is severely disabled a... read more I visited this restaurant to feed my children after a stressful trip to a local theatre. I am a full-time carer to one of my children who is severely disabled and cannot chew food. I ordered 2 children's meals amongst other meals but asked if I could swap the sides for mashed potatoes due to my child's disability. I was told I would have to pay extra for this. When I asked to speak to a manager the waitress advised me she was the manager and still refused to replace the 2 sides included in the child meal for the 1 side dish unless I paid extra. I explained my child could choke but still met a wall of resistance. I can understand why they may do this but if my child had let's say a peanut allergy, they would have changed the side without a second thought. Nonetheless, I paid the additional amount but was left devastated after a stressful day, that a multi-million-pound company would refuse to meet a disabled child's needs and see them choke. One waitress I would like to say thank you to is Jade who helped entertain my children whilst I recomposed myself after the transaction with her manager

I wanted to... read more We ordered it for the hotel and they were quite quick to bring it. We already knew him from Canada and we know we love him. The wings are delicious. I wanted to try the grilled chicken burger this time and the truth is that the chicken was a little dry, but the tomato and the rest were delicious. The potatoes are quite stale for the price but well as it is fast food you can't expect much. It seems expensive for what it is, but that's how everything is in this city.
