Despite the package being scheduled for deliver... read more We were celebrating my wife's birthday and decided to purchase a balloons, card, and cake package for 60 pounds. Despite the package being scheduled for delivery at 9:30 AM on the 14th, only the cake arrived. When we informed Camila in the afternoon, she not only waived the charge but also personally retrieved the balloons and card to deliver them herself. This exemplary conflict resolution surpassed our expectations. Unfortunately, Karla, the supervisor, and the restaurant manager provided no apology or resolution for the mix-up. It was disappointing that after a series of rudeness, they did not even take care of our check. As a patron paying for four nights at the hotel, a gesture of courtesy, such as comping two beers, should have been the minimum expected. Some rooms are quite a wa... read more Old county hell building very historical. Next to the London Eye and across the river from Parlament. Nice restaurants but small bars. Some rooms are quite a walk from the lobby and elevators so if you handicapped I recommend you ask for close to the elevator
