My first visit here even though my daughter has visited. What a little treasure! The quiche made at home had melted in the mouth pasta and came with a big salad. My teapot came with free recharges. The owner is a charming and charming man who is willing to talk about the food he prepares and his place in general and in life with the most listenable accent! . One of the most welcoming places I've been in. A shame, this is in southern London and I live in Kent. I wish this great restaurant was at the end of my way.
My third visit, but almost five months since the last time he passed through the front door. I'm glad I can say, nothing's changed. The food is excellent and the efficient, friendly and certainly non-aggressive service. We went for the special breakfast (again) and it was great, orange juice, delicious coffee, light crunchy croissants and a roll with the scalphate egg and sausages more perfect to grill. Ten pounds. 50 excellent quality-price ratio for quality. My only negative comment is that this coffee restaurant is a little too far from my home or workplace.
My partner and I got into a breakfast place in the café away and the hidden gem of place we found! The vegetarian breakfast was delicious coffee perfectly prepared and was a delight. The owner was a very happy and friendly guy.
We were about to drive to the coast when my son stopped at what seemed to be an urbanization and told me we were going to have breakfast. Around the corner and literally in a corner was this coffee shop without pretensions, but scrupulously clean, with a floor and polished wooden tables. The top of the list in the menu was a full English breakfast at 8.50 pounds including roasted bread with sour dough, scalphated egg, hash brown, tomatoes and real scratched bacon with beans. You can't resist that, and he hit the place keeping us up to lunch until 3 p.m., although I found the hash brown a little greasy, though maybe I always do. The tea was also delicious. They have other options, including a vegetarian breakfast. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.
I always opt for the vegan option, and it's great to see a cafe that caters to both meat-eaters and non-meat eaters. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the open kitchen concept with background music creates a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. It seems to be a popular spot for a variety of customers, from families and young professionals to locals and tourists. I have even struck up conversations with strangers, something that is rare in London. With delicious food and drinks, friendly service, a laid-back ambiance, and reasonable prices, this place has everything you could want from a breakfast or brunch spot. I am actually on my way there now because writing this review has made me crave it all over again! You should definitely give it a try too.
