A family of two adults and two kids dined at this restaurant. Two members of the group ordered pizza that was severely undercooked and not good. Another member ordered a ribeye steak that was mediocre, with subpar fries. The last person in the group ordered a burger that was very dry, with fries that were also not good. Overall, it was a negative experience and we will not be returning to this restaurant.
Located in Novotel, Waterloo, London, this restaurant is truly excellent. The menu is very good and the food preparation is superb. The wine and beer selection is also impressive. The manager is friendly and personable, engaging us in interesting discussions. He is a great asset to the hotel, hailing from Romania and sharing many experiences with us. The prices for the food are reasonable and everything was prepared to our liking. If you are staying at the hotel, it would be a shame to miss out on dining at this restaurant. It is definitely worth traveling to experience the exceptional food offered here.
I wanted to sample the food at the restaurant where my guests will be dining in August. The food was decent, nothing exceptional, but I did enjoy the British Chicken pie. I was unsure if it was made fresh on the spot. The waitstaff appeared a bit flustered, but considering it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, it's sufficient for a convenient dinner before a flight the next day.
Food brought out at different times, so two were done with their entrees before other two received their own.
Nestled within the Novotel London Waterloo, the restaurant offers a mixed culinary experience. While some patrons enjoyed tasty sandwiches, omelettes, and burgers, others found the food inconsistent, with undercooked pizzas and disappointing steaks. The service received similar mixed reviews; while many praised the friendly staff's attentiveness, others noted lapses that marred their dining experience. The atmosphere, particularly on quieter evenings, could feel lacking. Despite these drawbacks, the diverse menu—featuring a buffet option and reasonable prices—paired with an excellent wine selection, makes it a convenient choice for hotel guests and travelers seeking an uncomplicated meal.

Sometimes it's nice to just eat in the hotel. the staff was very friendly. I ate here twice; for the first time I had penne pasta, for the second time I had the chicken breast. I had to wait for the boom, but when it arrived, it was really good. the main meal is however quite expensive, and a 10% service fee is added. overall a good experience.
At the manorial service for the commonwealth minitary. well organized and the police service must praise for all these help. they went out of the way to get through the crowd.
