Contribute FeedbackNestled near the iconic London Eye, this restaurant offers a mixed bag of experiences. While some diners rave about the friendly service and delightful dishes, including well-received pizza and homemade tiramisu, others lament poor food quality and disorganized seating arrangements. Many highlight the convenience of its location for pre-theater dining, with accommodating staff and good portion sizes. However, frustrations with menu inaccuracies and limited options for specific dietary needs have been noted, leading to an inconsistent overall impression. For those seeking a bustling atmosphere with potential, advance reservations are advisable to navigate its popularity.
Terrible service, mediocre food still giving out plastic straws
Sold as an Italian Restaurant it really isn't . It is a rather grubby cafeteria, very noisy, grim food and absolutely no ambiance. being so close to Premier Inn they don't have to try because they know they will get patrons.
When I arrived there was no reservation (although I had confirmation). I was seated, in a table to accommodate two, but I would have not given this to two people it had to ahve the chair on the side, not sitting in front of each other this perhaps give you the gist of the size of the table and the fact that it was squeezed in not comfortable. I chose this resturant as my guest is vegetarian and the menu had several good salads for her. However these were not on the menu (along with quite a few other things). When I queried I was told this was the only menu (it stated express, but again on Opentable its not correct, its way off what is on the menu) this left ONE option for my guest to have. One toilet that is off the resturant, so queuing for the one toilet into the resturant. Its just not nice. I felt quite ill and the staff were kind to me, but apart from that I really didnt enjoy this experience at all. Not as listed!
Very accommodating as part of our party was late and they managed to rearrange for us. Food was good and reasonably priced. We were catching up and the staff did not pressure us to eat and leave. Great location for the south bank.
I felt that there wasn't much value for money. The salads were tasty but small in size for the price paid.
