I would describe this as a great example of American cuisine. With a menu featuring a variety of ribs, sandwiches, and house specialties, it might not be the best choice for newly converted vegetarians. Although there are several veggie options available, the quality of the meat is certainly enough to entice anyone to reconsider their choices.
