I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. My wife purchased a six-month subscription to their monthly meat box for me. The first box we received had expired items, and the quality of the items in subsequent boxes was inconsistent, with one box containing a block of pure fat. Have visited several events in cannon cannon and always enjoy. they are a good supplement to borough market and make fantastic meat, full of taste and taste amazing! the meat beer evenings are much fun and varied; I have made three of them and there is always something else on the menu. also good price, £25 for a fun evening with friends, rehearsal different beer and meat. have not made their other evening events, so they cannot comment. would recommend them and also have ordered online from them, can vouch that they respond to emails quickly and keep them informed about their delivery.
Tried it at the kings cross market and loved it absolutely! the venison chorizo, seaweed and cider, the wild boar (which I hope her youngs will do again) was amazing and miss it so much necessary to go borough market soon so I am on stock! bierstöcke are also a great snack, so she would definitely recommend!
Simply experience a wonderful cured meat butcher class here led by hugo jeffreys by black hand food. really fantastic experience, learn how to break half a swarm, heal meat and our own speck hand-hardened, which I cannot wait to try. left with approx. 10 kilo rare pork imaginable in each cut, all cut by our own fair hands. looks like eating a few roasts in the next two weeks and that's good!
I have a gift from the website, first articles I tried were incredible (the soy and pinapple billtong are a special winner.) I actually had a light problem with a few things, but despite the question probably more on the method in which we would store the article, the company was willing to send out anyway. also the phenomenal service and the products surpassed the expectations. great. I will order again.
I love this place. An Aladdin's cave of British cured meats and awesome cheeses. If you can't fit enough of their products in your shopping bags then they have a monthly Meat Club (the first rule of Meat Club.... Pretty sure you can also find these guys at London's big food markets too (Borough, etc . #GoogleCityExplorer
