No more than 10 customers there, including both sides of the bar and 1 table, 3 people behind the bar, and after 10 minutes I asked if there was service at the high top we sat at (there was not a wait to be seated sign), and was spoken to in the most rude, condensing manner, we left and went across the street to Charlie Mops. We won't be going back.
Fries burnt to a crisp! Food was mids to be honest. Then ordered to go for elderly family got charged gratuity on that bill that was not even part of our table. Not to mention gratuity on a table with 4 adults and kids! No refills. Not a good experience!

Stopped here for some wings and they were fantastic! The service is always pretty good here. Friendly and smiling!
