We rec... read more We went to the restaurant because it was recommended in a lonely planet. The food was okay, but too expensive. When we paid the bill, we got wrong money. We recognized it about 30min later and went back to the restaurant. They were very unfriendly and, of course, prevented from giving us false money. Don't go there, it's a scam!

We... read more My friends and I discovered this place while I was for a budget-friendly yet safe place to eat in downtown Lima! They had a set menu price from PEN 9.50 up. We tried the set menu for PEN 11.50 and were very satisfied with what we got. Not able to understand a lot of Spanish, we got friendly help from staff and could enjoy the food. The soup was expensive, it could be a meal in itself! The main dish was just the right part and the dessert was easy enough that we could finish it. You even had the free drink Chicha Morada or the warm ginger drink! We had our lunch for the 3 consecutive days we were in Lima! Thanks to the staff for the exemplary service and food!!
