I enjoyed Giando on the 13th of February 2016, for a marriage party lunch: AMAZING! Everything was great, but I MUST spend some extra words about his Risotto alla parmgiana con pepe nero e balsamico . I am Italian and I have been living in Milan (well known for risotto) for many years now, I could eat wonderful Risottos: but that risotto I had at Giando climbs on top of all the others I had till now. Creamy, tasty, rice perfectly cooked, and finally your tongue blessed by an incredible lovely fight between spicy black pepper and sweet real Aceto Balsamico! THANK YOU GIANDO!!
Delicious food, fantastic atmosphere and great service. Will be coming back soon. Burrata was easily best in Hong Kong. So good.
