I ordered the Specai, which was 2 enchiladas and 2 toastadas for $7.75.The waitresses were kind of slow and disorganized. Once my order was taken the food came out fast, looked good and tasted excellent. The price was reasonable.The inside is older and could use some updating.... newer tables and chairs etc. Overall a good experience. Definitely a local eatery worth supporting. I would eat here again...

Hays State University, she would take food back for other local students. When my middle son was in the Navy and came home, he wanted to go there. Mexican food is stellar. But Norma's flattop is so seasoned, the cheeseburger is great. No matter what you order, ask for it to be smothered.
