I love casey stores vs other corporate truck stops. It started with the pizza, but I don't think your putting enough additive in your diesel. Took me almost 30 minutes to not fill up. Could have gotten more out of me to maybe pay for the additive. Let's try this again sometime. I buy it for the truck and I know it does add to the overall cost. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Casey's:
we were on a 12-hour drive and stopped at casey in Lakin ks to get gas. we had a little 5 years old and 9 years that were quite desperate for a bath. we were there at 8:45 clock and it was not up to 22 clock. the cashier told us that we can't use the bathroom because they cleaned it. I said, we have gas, eat and drink so we can use the bathroom. did she say hating? we clean the bathroom so they can't use it!? wow! ba... View all feedback.
I worked there and it's a terrible place to work! general manager didn't run the place professionally at all. I was embarrassed to work there as a team member, so I quit!
I love Casey?s, and I?m trying to be as nice as I can, but one fuel pump for trucks, they are still having issues turning the pumps on, the window wash buckets have been empty for three weeks. And not very nice people on the inside.
Stopped in to get some breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and they're not even open when they're supposed to be. This place is turning in to a dump never has a manager on duty and everyone is just plain lazy most of the time the bathroom is a mess and the cooler is always out of a lot of common things.
Pure laziness and lack of motivation we ordered a pizza 20 minutes in advance so we wouldn?t be late to my sisters softball game we showed up and they didn?t even start a pizza and another incident was when my sister Asked if they could make her a pizza and the guy in the back said he didn?t feel like making a pizza witch IS HIS JOB AND THERE IS NO MANAGER SOMBODY DO SOMTHING ABOUT THIS LAZINESS.
