Dunkin' - Lakewood

I wish I could give 0 stars to this Dunkin? Donuts I ordered 2 medium ice coffees and 3 donuts got 5 donuts instead but BUT! I got charged for the whole order I demand someone to check twice before sending an order this is the 2nd!!!! time that thishappens not happy with it I even called the place and said that I have to pick it up my god So rude on the phone said she had avideo of them putting my coffees in the bag but never got it! Never buying here again I definitely don?t recommend buying here!Furious

The staff are nice for the most part, Iij will at least give them that so regardless of error I try to still tip simply because they are polite but multiple times my order, as simple as it is, it is either wrong or the food isn't prepared right. I alwaysget a coffee a cold brew with sweet cream and 2 glazed sticks. If they put the correct donuts in the bag(there has been timesthey give me random donuts) the glazed sticks are 99% of the time under cooked. I don't know if that leaves a chance for foodpoisoning since it is a raw dough but I haven't had the person that I'm getting them for complain about food poisoning yet, justthe fact that there is raw dough in the middle which they have shown me. Honestly I don't know why they continue to order itwhen I ask if they want anything when I'm going for coffee. There have been a few other errors in orders but like I said atleast they are polite for the amount of people they get in the day.

Beware- this Dunkin site is a health risk in manufacturing. my eating was made wrong/unreal so badly last week that I can only imagine how careless and untrained their workers are. first I ordered a simple bagel with veggie cream cheese. below is a photo of what I received. I'm sorry, what? today I ordered two orders from bagel minis. can't screw this up, can it? Once I grabbed one, it felt cold. I have eaten something anyway and the cream cheese in the middle was frozen borderline. although the bagel minis were apparently not warmed up, did they taste strangely frost bitten and burnt? I suppose you toaster must be filled with burned rests of other foods. I'm so disgusting. I literally spit it out, and I'm not picky. another thing to note is that my pumpkin cold brew was made with foam one day and then whipped cream the next. coffee was completely different colors both days. I feel for my almost food worker and even tap regularly when using the drive thru. this dunkin is the worst.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN’!!!About two weeks ago, one of their drive thru workers spilt hot coffee all over me, while not paying attention.Went back to them this morning to give them the benefit of the doubt. I open my large latte and the amount in there barely fills a medium cup.If you are going to be apart of the service industry, maybe act like it.

Busy drive thru, but I went inside to use the clean bathroom. Fast and friendly service.
