Place inside is nice overall. However the food portions are literally like that for a child. Never asked if I wanted parmeson for my pasta or if we wanted ketchup for our fries. My husband I barely got any meat. Both meals were also lacking in cheese. Even the pasta portion was pathetic. Would rather have paid more elsewhere got more food with bigger portions/better quality. This is my second visit to Mizza's, and last night I tried the veal a la Mizza with broccoli instead of pasta. Unfortunately, some of the broccoli was still cold, suggesting it might have been frozen. The mushrooms tasted like they were from a can, and the bell peppers and artichokes seemed to be from a jar. While the dish had flavor, I expected more for the $18.95 price tag.
I'm so glad I chose Mizza's as my second option. The beef gyro was fantastic, and the service was impressive!
