Food was pretty good here, especially their sampler platter, but we did not get the chance to dine in because of the amount of people inside at the time (which is never a bad thing for a business to be busy). I love the location and the staff working there were very friendly.I think if you prefer your food to pack a punch with flavors, you may need to salt some of their food yourself, but everything else was good. What Debisree Ray doesn't like about Emerald Thai:
I heard good things about the place however, I was a bit disappointed after visiting. I’m a big fan of Asian food altogether, so maybe I’m a bit picky too. Good food. Great service. Vegetarian options: Tofu curry, pad thai, curry fried rice, ...
Great food and really affordable prices. Inside felt a little run down and may have had a slight smell, but nothing that was an issue preventing me from eating there.

In the main course I ordered indian style chili chicken which was extremely hot and spicy I’m an Indian and I eat hot and spicy food regularly) . But still that was quite spicy for me. There was no other flavor profile to it. It was served with steamed rice. My other friends got drunken noodles and pad Thai both the dishes were mild and pretty decent.
If you are looking for authentic Thai food this is not it. I odered Drunken Noodles an it syrupy sweet with what looked like frozen vegetables you purchase to make for a soup. Definitely will not go back.
I always get the same thing. Beef rice noodle soup. The broth is so good to me that a lot of times that's all that I eat.
