What User doesn't like about El Mezcal Mexican Lakeland:
The food was good, but the service was terrible. I was wrongly accused of ordering cheese dip twice and the cashier did not believe me, so I had to ask the waitress for help. They did not check on us until after we had finished our meal. View all feedback.
Eating was good and hot. the margarita was too sweet, but that's what you get with a mix. the salsa was just the right heat for me and I like hot.
Waited 10 minutes to be seated in a slow restaurant. Was never actually waited on. Waited about 15 minutes had numerous staff walk past us and ignore us. Another group got sat next to us, they were promptly served. We left. There’s a good pizza spot next door.
Food was just thrown on the plate sauce just dumped on everything. When I asked for them to redo it the sent me out my food with no toppings and the cheese and sauce on another plate. And the food was cold. They have a who cares attitude. I would rate them as a wastetime and money. I would not give there food to a homeless person. This place should be shut down trash under the booths and all over the floor.
The service was fast and outstanding…the server brought out my food in no time and the food was great. The margaritas are amazing.
Amazing servers the waiter was so polite when I mispronounced the item on the menu and the fried ice ream is good
