Domino's Pizza - Lakeland

I've been ordering pizza from this Domino's for years, but in the past month or two, the quality has really declined. The pizzas are hardly topped with cheese or sauce anymore, and they're filled with bubbles. They're just not good. I have to say, though, the pan cheese pizzas are consistently great, and that's the only reason I keep coming back.

Domino's sells your personal information (email, phone number, etc) to third party vendors for profit. And they readily admit it! Need I say more?

I placed a pickup order and found the staff to be friendly when I arrived. The pizza was delicious, although they seemed a bit short-staffed. I remained patient, and they did their best to prepare my pizza. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service.

I live across the street from the location and since its so close I order a few times a month for quick delivery. Tonite when I ordered it showed on the gps tracker it was taking 30 mins to come to my house and the delivery before was on the other side of town so I called the store to complain that I didn't want food that rode around in a car for 30 mins since I live less than 1 mile from the store and I just wanted to cancel my order, He said I couldn't since it left the store. Driver showed up and I refused the order.

Absolutely the worst dominos in existence. First order I put in hadn’t even left the building in two hours and took 10 minutes of calling to cancel the order. Second time they delivered my pizza to the wrong address and tried telling me they didn’t when I saw the driver on GPS deliver it the next street over. The manager was actually arguing with me about it. Finally the driver shows up with what I was hoping was my order and it wasn’t even the right order! No wonder they push carry out so hard because their delivery is an absolute joke.
