Church's Texas Chicken - Lakeland

Our order was a 16-piece mixed chicken. We received a box of eight pieces of white chicken a box with eight pieces of dark chicken. Or so we thought.Two of my white pieces were actually backs. As I 'm the one who eats the white chicken and this was to be lunch for a few days? I was very disappointed.

Typical churches. Doesn't really care about costumer service. Just making do attitudes. Very upsetting to see when you want churches fried chicken, when you know it can be so.much better! Can't find another churches around in Lakeland! So , this all we can get as a consumer.

The line was out the door and for 1 family size okra it took 10 more minutes after 25 waiting already. We were there for 35 minutes total until I walked out with my little thing of over and I don't even think it was family size because I stayed in the car while my husband went in to get it for me since he knew he was going to have to stand forever.

Not impressed. Extremely hot muggy inside with little or no AC available. Staff seemed very unorganized running all over the place. Couldn't really tell who's cooking who the cashier's were. I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner with a large lemonade. Even with the heat of the interior, the chicken chicken skin was cold dried, like ceramic tiles. Like it'd been over cooked hours before. Lemonade had no ice tasted funny. I'll never go back. Waste of money.

There and the young boy who commanded was angry that he had to work. he obviously doesn't want to be there. He blown my drink on the counter, so I raised my problems with the manager who didn't care and I went out. now I'm at popeyes where the staff are friendly and the huh is better
