Burger King - Lakeland

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru; they forgot to include my drink and wobble rings. When I went inside to get my missing items, I received only a half-filled order of wobble rings and still no drink. The person in charge at that time appeared to be the manager or possibly the owner. She acknowledged my issue but then left without resolving it. The woman at the front didn’t make any eye contact and simply handed me the half-filled rings before also leaving. I only have half an hour for lunch, and I spent 20 minutes just trying to get what I had paid for.

This Burger King is one of the fastest I've visited, and the staff here are some of the friendliest, especially during the morning and lunchtime rush. Over the past year, whenever I've craved a burger or decided to grab some amazing pancakes, I've often chosen this location because I know I can expect quick service, a pleasant atmosphere, cleanliness, and accuracy with my order.

I warned you: the place was dirty and damp. The poor lighting did nothing to conceal the filth. Not a single table was clean, and the bathroom reeked of urine. While we were there, we felt like we were being watched the entire time by a Burger King employee. The atmosphere made it clear they didn’t want us there, and it felt as though we were eating in an unwelcome home. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

The staff were friendly, but the decor is like the 80s. eating is typical of burger king. there are more modern, updated almost food sites to eat. they were not very busy. until they make an update, I don't see that this place makes a lot of business or is a more viable food stop for us.

One of the dirtiest Fast Food restaurant's I have ever visited. This restaurant should be closed down. I was the only customer in or near this place, so I assume it will probably be out of business soon anyway. I will never return, food was gross and the dinning room even grosser. ?
