Brunch Box - Lakeland

Small food in the restaurant with breakfast and lunch. Good meals. Service was good and staff friendly. Hash Browns was like me. Crunchy not soggy. Prices very reasonable. Social distancing observed. Very clean.

Went for breakfast. Food was done properly. I was pleasantly surprised that the home fries were actually moist. Service was prompt and friendly. Fairly basic diner atmosphere, but it was clean.Food: 5/5

The food is good once you get it. I think the kitchen is very slow and it takes forever to get served.It hasn’t been busy every time we have gone, but the wait is still a long time. We won’t be going again

I've been eating at Brunch Box for years and the service has gotten worse since new ownership. Went in today and waited 30+ minutes, only for a server, not ours by the way, to come by and tell us there was no order in the kitchen for us. Needless to say we won't be going back. Owner muttered I'm sorry as we got up and left. Never, ever going back. Can't imagine she wouldn't have comped at least one meal to keep us in the restaurant, but no such luck.
