Not a chain but yet a small, locally owned place with THE most wonderful French influenced food, especially the sauces. GREAT service also. Very detailed in every dish. Eating was great. I had scallops and risotto. the ducks and a few others tasted and it was all good. also desserts good. strange atmosphere, doesn't fit.
My wife and I visited the bay street bistro yesterday for a date night dinner and had a nice experience. we started the meal with the escargot. a generous one.
A wonderful local bistro that surprises us constantly with their eating, service and gloomy. they were remarkably consistent year for year and we.
Outstanding inventive dishes, loved the roast duck with large Marnier sauce Smaller portions than normal, which I personally prefer, as brings a feeling of refinement The decor is really beautiful and relaxing, Skyler our server was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable beloved and will soon be back
First visit and not our last one. Excellent service from Skyler and excellent food. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The beef Wellington was cooked for perfection and the meat was exceptional. Excellent wine list. We celebrated our anniversary that they offered a dessert. The cream brulee was a great end to our amazing meal. We'll ask Skyler for our next visit.
