The Caddyshack - Lake Wylie

They don’t promote themselves enough for how amazing they are! This place is the best in the city! Don’t miss their Taco Thursdays. It’s also a great spot to grab a drink, catch a game, or just chat with friendly faces. Friday and Saturday nights can get a little crazy, but the atmosphere is chill at other times.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My friends and I visited after spending a few hours on the water, and the service was subpar. The atmosphere was uninviting, and we didn't feel welcomed when we arrived. Out of six orders, three were wrong, and our server, who was quite loud, didn’t seem to show much remorse about the mistakes. The food tasted as if it had been cooked in old oil, and we had to ask for refills instead of being offered them. This was our first time here, and I can assure you that we won’t be returning. A successful business begins with exceptional customer service, and it was clear that this restaurant is lacking in that area. They could benefit from providing their servers and hosts with more in-depth customer service training. Overall, it was by far the worst dining experience I've had in a long time. Don’t waste your hard-earned money here.

I recently started eating here at lunch and dinner. eating is incredibly good. always fresh products. small things I noticed are like the tweeper rings and deep fried mushrooms taste great and seem to be fresh. not frozen the burgers are great and also have a great brunch. the price for everything is extremely reasonable. what I like best is the service. all employees are easy to talk. I've interacted most with lukewarms and she's great. great service, food and price.

This one-star rating is actually quite generous. I'm unsure if the staff was just having a bad day, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. There are certainly many areas that need improvement, and I wouldn't recommend dining here for the overall experience. It seems like correcting incorrect orders could be simple, yet it wasn’t handled well at all. I truly doubt things will change, but I can only hope that during my next visit, they will understand what a proper service experience should entail, from the initial greeting all the way to the farewell.

What a great discovery. We had talked about trying Caddyshack for awhile and finally stumbled on by. Brandon was a great host and server and the food was outstanding. Not a ton of seating besides at the bars but we enjoyed the meal with some great music and a great local feel. We will be back!
