Outstanding gym! The equipment is top-notch! It's exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I've visited several gyms in the Portland area, but none compare to this one! Kalani is an amazing coach—highly professional and very friendly! This is the best gym I've ever been to!

Loves this gym! The owners, Kalani and Heidi really know their members and invest their time and energy in a safe and positive environment; they are so encouraging and were my biggest cheerleaders on my journey towards health and wellness! I couldn't get that far without her support and training!

Super friendly staff. Always very clean and in stock, the equipment is always available. The studio room has a great space to see training videos on the drop-down projector. Would highly recommend.

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to! It's incredibly clean and has everything you need to get your work done. The music playing is fantastic, and I really appreciate the use of washcloths instead of paper towels!

I've been working hard here for over 6 months and look forward to coming to work out every time. The instructors and owners are inspirational, knowledgeable, and true professionals.
