Panda Express - Lake Oswego

This was the cleanest panda-ive ever. the manager li, was very nice. he deserves a promotion. if something to a CEO of panda express. I ordered a Chow my with orange chicken and brocco beef. I just got orange chicken a chow mine. I said I got the wrong articles. his grandson was immeasurable. He looked at me and said, take it! and gave me a full plate of broccoli cattle. This man is a true G and my standards for Panda were set higher because of li. Jessepy

Yeah I 'm done with this location. Third time this has happened to me getting drive thru here meaning it 's not an anomaly. I get the plate with orange chix and broccoli beef with chow mein/fried rice mixed for side. The first time I got home, opened the container and I thought I got an order or broccoli beef with no beef...or at least almost none. Shrugged it off...second time same thing and then again just recently but I have now learned how to add pics- lol. No joke I pulled out all the broccoli beef from its section and put it on a separate plate to show the ridiculousness. As you can see from below the section of broccoli beef was seriously missing the beef . I believe there was 2-3 very small pieces. I mean come on! If I wanted broccoli as an entree, I 'd have asked for it and paid a lot less. When I get drive thru from other locations, this doesn 't happen- really it doesn 't. I will never get drive thru from this location again. If I 'm desperate I will go inside and watch them as that almost always avoids this rip off situation.

I don't understand how cooking is in the kitchen? I have orange chicken was not well fried and other foods were the same, I lost appetite

This place is getting worse in the minute. The staff is unclear. They seem to care more about the drive through windows instead of feeding the front counters to customers the bottom of the bowl. Not to say that there is not at least one employee who understands the order. If I were the boss in this facility, they'd all search for new jobs. Even though I'm sitting here to write this, the employees are wandering around aimlessly and loitering in the headquarters area, so only one performs their tasks.

Always fast and friendly service. Today was no exception. The food is usually fresh within the last 10 to 15 minutes and nothing beats they?re fresh steamed veggies. Thank you panda for a great portions and a fair price. The store is usually clean and well-kept.
