Contribute FeedbackReviews for the restaurant presented mixed feedback. Some customers criticized the food quality, service, and management experience, while others praised the atmosphere, food, and service. Complaints included excessive fat in meat dishes, rushed service, lack of acknowledgment from staff, and slow food delivery. Positive comments highlighted delicious food, great atmosphere, and attentive servers. Overall, the restaurant seems to have both pros and cons, with some patrons recommending sticking to popular menu items. It's suggested to consider individual preferences and expectations before dining at this establishment.
The manager at the Lake Oswego location on 2/5/10 was very inexperienced. He did not thank us for our patronage or ask how he could make our experience better. He struggled to handle the situation, which was disappointing. The martini was overpriced for the location and atmosphere, with a half-full glass costing $11. I am unlikely to return to this restaurant.
My husband and I went to Manzana Rotisserie Grill for our anniversary. It was a nice experience from beginning to end! The server was attentive, and everyone who came to our table was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were Delicious! I chose the steak salad with the Lemon drop martini and my hubby the fish tacos and Old Fashion. We had the Guacamole with chips as our appetizer, the guacamole was tasty! Both meals were excellent! We enjoyed ourselves immensely
Cute bistro with great food!! The day we were there was free parking due to the Great Heat Wave and the server kept the ice water coming
Securing a table, on a weekend evening, in the pandemic, during the hottest weekend in the HISTORY of the city proved challenging. Driving from downtown to LO was worth it for our experience at Manzana. Table was ready on time. The AC was working as hard as possible to keep the place comfortable. Food, drinks and service were all excellent. A experience
Food was our big disappointment. My prime rib was equal amounts of meat and fat. Excessive fat, being to the point of gross. I could barely cut the fat off. My husbands steak on his salad was the same, the meat was tough. Asparagus was stringy and overcooked. The mashed potatoes were good. We brought our own wine to celebrate our anniversary and the corkage fee was dollars, which I thought was a bit high. No complimentary bread. Not my idea of a special occasion. We tipped due to the struggle businesses have gone through and the fact that it is not easy to work in a mask all day. Doubt we will be going back
