I love this place! the rasiereis was delicious, even on a cooler day. leslie was so helpful to explain the menu and help me make a decision. the aromen were perfect and the owners are so friendly! they even have a small fireplace and sitting areas that felt so cozy. 10/10 recommend

Really friendly staff, big little business. we will definitely come back. just a little bit of attention it was pretty slow (sometimes mentioned an equipment problem), but I would be ready to wait. the service was still excellent and the ice was delish.

I discovered Mānoa Shave Ice while doing an aerial map search for another business. I practically leaped out of my chair when I saw it and went to the website. I was born and raised in Manoa Valley, in the shadow of Waʻahila, and when I walked into the shop today I felt like I'd come home. Music from home was playing, and the décor on the walls confirmed my feelings.Lesley was just wonderful, and made the most wonderful shave ice for my husband and me. I got guava, and got cherry for him. Both were so good! The serving sizes are very generous and are real shave ice. I didn't get ice cream this time, but I know I will next time. It was so much fun talking stories with someone else who knows the magic of Mānoa Valley. I just might have bought a hoody while I was there, too. It's not often that I see things specifically about my valley home, and I just couldn't resist.Mahalo nui, Lesley, not only for the wonderful treats, but also for helping this homesick wahine feel like I was back home again. I'll be back!!

Super friendly staff! They always treat folks with kindness(aloha). Legit shaved ice machines. Thier natural flavors are the best, definitely try a couple.Ice cream at the bottom and snowcap on top remind me of the north shore shops on Oahu. Wish they would get the cups that have the plastic side flares to catch the sides from falling.Best shaved ice around!
