Here 's a bit of history from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, The locally famous Legion hamburger, known for its peppery flavor and the grease stain it leaves on the brown paper bag, is a staple of childhood, date nights and family outings. It originally was peddled from a cart in the town square park across Main Street from its current home a 10 by 25 foot walk up stand. I highly recommend.
