What Sarah Fong doesn't like about P.f. Chang's To Go:
I had spicy chicken with noodles $12.5+tax+tips). Small portion, and the food was way too sweet. It's an upscale Chinese take-out place, so one can expect some decor and a cleaner bathroom. No one was there when we walked in 12:15pm). No service. The cashier went into the kitchen. Later, a couple came in and found no one at the counter. Recommend: BOGO promo, cut down the sugar.
