It is consistently delicious. Been here many times over the years. In fact it’s our favorite place! Absolutely delicious, fresh, generous portions. Staff always very friendly and attentive. They never disappear forget you as in some restaurants. This place is so popular that it’s actually starting to look a bit worn just needs a touch up here there. But don’t let that stop you. We live in Galveston and actually drive all the way to L Jackson to eat here.
