Chili's Grill Bar - Lake Jackson

The food and adult beverages at this restaurant were excellent! The service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely be returning to this Chili’s!

Every time I visit this restaurant, I have a wonderful experience—great food and friendly waitstaff. I used to give it a five-star rating. However, the other night, the same bartender I've heard many of my friends complain about was there and, unfortunately, took my order. He had an attitude the entire time, and it was clear it was the same guy they had told me about. People often say he acts a bit strange, which probably refers to him as well. Despite this, we were prepared to give him a generous tip because we understand that’s how he earns a living. However, he tried to make us feel like we had ordered incorrectly, possibly to pressure us into paying more. It seemed like he was intent on ruining our evening. One of my friends even left a negative review about him previously. I really wish I knew his name.

The smokehouse combo was fantastic! The brisket quesadillas were a highlight, and my friend enjoyed the ribs and jalapeño sausage. Everything was delicious. Our waitress, Tisha, did an excellent job; it was a pleasure to interact with her, and she made sure our drinks were always full throughout the meal.

Visited my local Chili's restaurant in Lake Jackson to eat with family. A man walked in with his dog and mind you I don't dislike dogs but I should not have to watch man and dog eat from same bowl while I am trying to eat. I did not say anything until we were leaving. Spoke to manager about this and also said my family member did not think he would like to eat here again. The manager stated one customer was not going to hurt him if he didn't return. Great customer service at its finest.

After having drinks hear several times over the years I thought surely it would be a nice quiet place to have a few margaritas on a friday night. I ordered a good margarita lime on the rocks hold the salt for any price, and instead I got a 2 salty glass lemonade. Let's just say, that's all I got. Terrible bar tonight..
