If there is an option to place an order over the phone, it would be preferable to speak with a live person instead of a frustrating automated system that often makes mistakes, charges my card incorrectly, and doesn't allow for adjustments. View all feedback.
When I was working at my pervious job, I'd stop here on occasion to pick up some lunch, or get something to eat on my way home, and I've never been disappointed with my order. Of course, I'd order online, so I could customize my noodle bowl, and it made it so much easier to just run inside and pick up my food. I even picked up one for my mom and she loved it! I really miss going here, as I don't work in the area anymore, but I know I'll be stopping by at some point in the future to pick up some more noodles!
Uber eats totally didn't help with this horrible delay, assigning one driver then another and increased our delivery time 8 different times! The pod arrived ice cold and congealed(see pictures)
I and my fiancée have the worst stomach pain in our lives and fall through about half an hour after eating from here.
Automated system sucks! Plus management was so rude when I came to get order saying it wasn't processed by pos? I was charged, but never notified that it wasn't going through. Perhaps the manager should explain it to me in a professional manor and that would have been clearer. how would I have known it was an internal mistake? next time offer a better customer service! I will not return here again.
