Food and service were exceptional. Wonderful experience. Remembered how restaurants used to be when they looked after their customers. This place has a warm heart. The staff really went beyond and beyond. Had the chicken with shrimps and the sauce was divine. Come back here. Thank you Francescas.

Nice place. We were there for a postbeer dinner and everything was very nice. The staff was great. Pasta and chicken were very good. For dessert it was not very important, but it was visible beautiful. It was a hard day for everyone, but no problems from the restaurant. Thank you all.

Virginia's service was the best! We celebrated a birthday and she had so much patience with all of us and made sure we were happy! Some of us enjoyed the mussels (with pasta) for dinner that are delicious! Don't watch the desserts....the Tiramisu was so delicious and the Sloppy Sundae was also fantastic!

We held our wedding in Francesca and it was sincerely the best experience. Customer service is absolutely fantastic. Shiri and her team beat it out of the park. They were creative, professional and moreover easy to work. The venue and the food were excellent. Can't say enough great things about the restaurant.

The food was delicious. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars was due to the service. We were a party of 6 so I expect to be there a bit longer than normal. However, there were groups who came in after us and had dinner and left before we even received our dinner. I would recommend this restaurant as the food was amazing. Just understaffed.
