What christian chavez doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Stopped by today to use my points to get a caramel frappe and after ordering they told me that machine was being clean and that they couldn’t make any frappe. I ask if I can cancel and get my points back in which they said I couldn’t. It’s really ridiculous that I used up all my point just to end up with no frappe.
