His education trained him for what he is today, a concept ruhtaurateur. Chile Fresco was born on 28 February 2012 and serves authentic yet healthy Mexican foods. The location used to be a Jalapenos Mexican Food site. Francisco held some of the menu items, but added a healthy option by using vegetable oil instead of Lard – also homemade flour tortillas fresh every day. Your order even comes to crack with fresh tortilla chips while waiting for your food.
