Denny's - Lake Elsinore

Janet offers excellent service. Denny's food is usually quite good, but I'm sure that today will be excellent! It's my birthday.

I had the endless breakfast with bacon, oash brew, begging eggs with cheese and pancakes all for $8.99. It is called endless because you can get a free refill on the whole breakfast, except the meat there is only about $4 for the extra meat. So let me repeat so that now is $8.99 $4 more dollars for breakfast meat on the second round so 2×s breakfast for $13 plus tax. Wow, you can't beat that. The 1st round is a lot to eat to be honest. But I think I'd have had a third round if I had the first or the second thing a deal Denny had eaten. I took the second refill. I also ordered a glass of milk and coffee. I like my milk super cold so I can place it in the freezer. This request makes my waitress or waitress usually forget to bring my milk with my breakfast. Not this time Arthur (my waitress) has not forgotten my milk, I asked my eggs to spice soft I know I am picky and to my pleasant surprise I got my order just as I wanted it. This Denny 's probably one of the best experiences I've ever had or somewhere for this matter. You get what you pay with which is said, generally my expectations for Denny 's are not so high, but this time my expectations have been exceeded Bravo Denny 's this Denny 's was extraordinary. Thank you, Denny's and Arthur, stop the great work. I want to say thank you to Beth the manager, Arthur my waiter, Sue, another server that made sure my coffee was hot and full and to Denny's in Lake Elsinore to finally get it right. With milk and coffee my whole breakfast was still under $20

It was pretty busy when we left, but we just stopped for 10 minutes. The waitress was very sweet. All foods lubricated AMAZING, except pancakes. They were tasteless and had a kind of rubber-like texture. 4 stars because the pancakes were not all. Also because the payment kiosk thing did not work and it was dirty.

Two days ago was an experience I will never forget getting locked out of my car. The manager at Danny's had an excellent customer service. Very polite, accommodating, help me in calling AAA. Despite of their busy time, He offered his help far above and beyond what I can ask and think off. I felt safe and secure until AAA came for a rescue in the middle of the night. Excellent C.S. Honestly, the food is good. It's even ready on time. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because the Denny's on Demand feature is broken. What is the point of offering curbside service when you can't live up to it? I pulled up to the parking spot, called twice, waited 10 minutes, and still, no answer. Had to get out of the car and get my food. Now, normally, that's not an issue. But I was under a time constraint and opted for the curbside. Now that I know this service is a joke, I'll make sure to plan ahead. Which honestly means, I'll probably be doing a lot less dining at Denny's.
