My husband and I went to Jersey Mike's for lunch at the new location in Elsinore. We felt that the employees could benefit from more training on how to make the sandwiches properly and pay attention to detail when taking orders. The best subs in the city. friendly staff and speady service.
Even if you order 30min ahead sometimes ppl that walk in at the same time you do to pick up. they will get their sandwich made and pay for before you get checked out with no explanation.
Great food as always! Courteous and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.
Jersey Mike's is one of My favorite places for a scrumptious sandwich !
I have been trying to resolve my order from 4-15-21 both in the store and on line through email. Feel free to contact me so I don't have to post the details of the failed order. I payed online AND I didn't receive any food. Today is Thursday July 1st 2021. If you are reading this come back to read my updated in a few days to see if my issue has been resolved or if the details give you pause before ordering from this store.Management/owner at Jersey Mike's the ball is in your court.
