What really made this experience stand out was the outstanding service provided by Julio. From the moment I walked into the bakery, he was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my cake was carefully removed from the box. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Not only was he attentive, but he was also extremely welcoming and accommodating, especially considering my last-minute request for the cake. Overall, I highly recommend this bakery to anyone in search of delicious and unique baked goods, along with exceptional customer service. I ordered a cake, but when it was time to cut it, it was frozen and had the wrong texture.
