We visited A&W Lake Cowichan today for lunch after a cold plunge in the lake. There were 13 in our group. A wonderful employee named Megan served us and she was truly an outstanding server. Several of us have worked in the hospitality industry and we were all impressed with the standard of service she provided. The food was great too. What User doesn't like about A&w Canada:
This location at Lake Cowichan needs some help. The staff were lacking customer service skills and some of the items listed on their menu boards were not available.
