Very busy location with a pretty long line in drive thru. Surprisingly the huge line of customers went super fast and we were on our way quick. Food was good but sloppy and needed to be prepared neater. Drive thru employee was very nice and moved the line very fast. View all feedback.

Put an order through only to arrive at an empty restaurant that claims it’s open 24 hours. Lights on and everything wide open! Could’ve robbed the place clean! But I have a completed order with an empty restaurant. This is below the responsibility of a 10 year old. Silly! View all feedback.
People working there are RUDE. I'm sorry you had to do your job and make food that custers ordered
This place has the freshest McDonalds we've ever had. With two boys we frequent many fast food restaurants in the tri-state area. We would happily drive the extra 30 mins to go to this one than go to the one down the road in Pittsburgh.
It's McDonald's, so the food is as expected. The employees made the trip worth it. They were all friendly and smiling not something I'm used to at a McDonald's.
The lettuce on my MC chicken was nasty mushy turning brownish not fresh
This is actually one of the better McDonald's in the New Castle area. This location seems to have friendlier and professional staff. They have yet to mess up on any of my specialized orders, and the food is done and handed to you in a prompt manner. Also, I have noticed that the food that I've ordered has been fresh. So, in conclusion, I give this McDonald's a 4 star review. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because the food is, of course, not good for you. This review and the stars given were based on customer service.
