Unfortunately, I have to say that my experience at Vinny's was disappointing. It's becoming increasingly hard to support small businesses, especially with their recent changes. They've now implemented two different prices one for credit card payments and another for cash. It's frustrating to see such a practice, and it feels like a penny pinching move.
