Starbucks - Lake Charles

I've had some frustrating experiences here. Some mornings, I place mobile orders through the Starbucks app, which provides an estimated pickup time. Even if I arrive just two minutes after that time, my order is often not ready. I understand they might have a lot of mobile orders, but this happens every time I go. I find myself standing there while staff just glance at me, and I ultimately have to ask if my order is ready. It usually takes an additional 5 to 7 minutes. To make matters worse, I’ve encountered some rudeness when inquiring about my order. There's one tall guy who is particularly rude. It's disappointing!

Who doesn't love Dieucks?! Haha! I know that sometimes people might have a bad day, but for the most part, I've had nothing but fantastic experiences at this place! I truly appreciate that so many people support Dieucks. It gives me hope that the world is improving! Just kidding! But seriously, there are still amazing people out there, and I always try to pay it forward. A big thank you to Dieucks!

The staff is always friendly, and the drive-thru service is quick. I visit this place often!

Put my order on the app 30 minutes before I get there and when I get there I’m still waiting 15 20 more minutes..why do I even use the app
