I always frequent this restaurant and enjoy the decor and excellent service for the most part. Today, I ordered through the app and requested salad on my patty melt. However, when I got home and saw my burger, there was barely any salad on it. I was honestly disappointed by the measly amount of salad - only three small pieces. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have never had issues with Sonic before, but every time I order from this location on the north end of Nelson, something is either missing or completely wrong. The food and drinks are always subpar, and I even had to argue to receive my correct change. I highly recommend avoiding this Sonic location at all costs. View all feedback.
Garlic butter bacon burger. a piece of speck and barely garlic and wobble quality. the bottom back was somehow even burned. a lot short of a $5.00 burger. I love sonic and in the rule this is my favorites on the menu, but this fell definitiw short.
Very rude waitress that just said systems are down and just cut off
Went to this sonic for a drink tonight. they swapped my debt card with someone else and charged me for his food!!! do you guys have any idea how long it takes to get a new card? need to hire better, smarter ppl.
We pressed the red button but received no service. We were told that someone would assist us shortly, but after waiting for 2 minutes, we still did not receive any help. We ended up downloading the app, creating an account, and placing our order ourselves, but we never received the red button service that was promised. It was disappointing and we were left feeling sad. We ended up giving the restaurant 3 stars because of this experience. Stall #6.
I placed my order but was unable to pay. I pressed the button again, but the server turned it off and never acknowledged my call.
