What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Absolutely trash! Called on the phone to order a delivery. The man on the phone said it’s be about an hour. About 2 hours later we called and had to be transferred to our store. The food had not been even picked up by any delivery driver. To make it worse the pizza was completely wrong. I will never be ordering from here again. View all feedback.
On December 14, 2022, at 9:50 PM, I ordered the extra special stuffed crust from Papa John's. Unfortunately, it seems that paying extra only resulted in a pizza that was overcooked.
I ordered a pizza that took nearly two hours to arrive. When it finally got here, it was cold and the entire bottom was burnt. I tried to eat it, but it tasted terrible—like I was chewing on old gum. I'm really disappointed, especially since I usually love Papa John's. They did refund my money, but it wasn't a great experience.
I've been waiting for two hours and still haven't received my order. When I called, they told me DoorDash picked it up at 6:30, and now it's 7:30 with nothing delivered. Based on other reviews I've seen, I strongly suggest avoiding delivery from this place.

The Papa John's here at Lake Charles is a good location that makes a solid task to prepare good delicious pizza and provide a good customer service and a good and solid speed. While it is rare, I myself will enjoy Papa John's pizza as I cook my own, the four times I enjoyed these places services they enjoyed a fantastic job that was not only quality, but also fresh and fast.
