Olive Garden Italian - Lake Charles

My biggest issue was with our waitress. It was clear that she had a prejudice against us, as we were the only white people in the room. She rudely slammed our plates on the table and took an incredibly long time to serve us. We waited 30 minutes without any drinks, salad, or breadsticks, while she prioritized serving customers of color. When my grandmother asked for more soup, drinks, and breadsticks, the waitress responded in a rude manner, telling us they were in the oven. She brought them to us without any apology for the wait. This was not the first time we had experienced poor service from her, as on a previous occasion we waited an hour to order and another hour to receive our bill. We spoke to the manager, who was caring and understanding, but the treatment we received was unacceptable. While we have had great servers in the past, this particular waitress should be fired due to multiple complaints about her behavior. Other customers even whispered about her rudeness. Overall, I was very disappointed with our experience and will not be returning to this restaurant.

I went to Olive Garden hoping for a pleasant meal, but instead had a disagreement at the table while we were eating. My colleagues and I politely brought it to the staff's attention, and they offered to move us to another table. However, we found their customer service lacking and the overall experience was disappointing. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I must say, I love Olive Garden. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. It's a great place to stop for a tasty meal.

We arrived at the restaurant just 30 minutes before closing time, and the staff was extremely accommodating. We wanted a quick bite at the bar before heading back to the hotel, and the bartender was very helpful.

The food at this restaurant was incredible, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our waiter continuously forgot about our table and she should be let go. It must have been her first day on the job.
