Olive Garden Italian - Lake Charles

I went to Olive Garden hoping for a pleasant meal, but instead had a disagreement at the table while we were eating. My colleagues and I politely brought it to the staff's attention, and they offered to move us to another table. However, we found their customer service lacking and the overall experience was disappointing. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Recently came and it was not a good experience. we sat and no waitress came to take our drink order. we finally took our order and eating was not the best. the suppe was watery and the huh had a strange rubber texture. I love olive garden but after this experience have changed my thoughts. ?

My family and I have eaten several times in this restaurant. parts of the carpet are so dirty their feet/shoes actually hold on to it. against our better judgment we decided to take one night from them. the food did not taste fresh, it tasted as if it had been frozen and heated in a microwave. Olive garden was once one of my favorite restaurants, but this location and other olive gardens seem to have gone down in the last few years.

They can not expect less than the best at og! and that gives you exactly that. as usual good OG ambience, the waiter is good, eating is good. but I missed the extra butter with brotsticks.

Our server Saige was amazing! She was so sweet and took care of all of our needs quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and it’s all because of her!
