I've made an order since I've been on the street at the hotel today. I have Sirloin and salmon with loaded potatoes and broccoli. Steak was perfect medium rare as ordered. Potatoes were definitely loaded! Lady at the pick-up desk was really nice! View all feedback.

The food was dry and flavorless. The server seemed overwhelmed as he forgot items didn't bring ketchup or steak sauce, and didn't bring what was ordered brought thousand island dressing when the order was for French. He also brought us sweet tea with lemons when we specifically asked him not to! There is a server and his name is Adam. He has been the BEST server since I meet him 20 years ago. He is the absolute best. I will follow him wherever he goes. O?Charleys has never taste so good. We love you Adam!!

I had the server Mr.Adam and he was amazing! He proposed all the great dishes. He is really passionate about his work as he entertained us and made the experience so much more pleasant. Thank you, Mr Adam.
