Le Beaucoup Buffet - Lake Charles

This restaurant offers a great variety of dishes, and the food quality is in line with the prices. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the Chinese food section was. The only reason I docked a star was because I found the crabs to be overly salty. While they were cooked well, I don't understand why so much salt was used. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience here during my stop in Lake Charles.

The food was excellent, with a diverse range of Cajun, American, and Chinese dishes. The desserts were truly outstanding! The service, however, was inconsistent—I think I arrived during a shift change. Initially, my waiter was a bit inattentive, but he was soon replaced by a much more attentive one. Despite the service hiccup, I still believe this buffet deserves a good rating; it’s definitely worth the price.

The restaurant presents an extensive array of dishes that exceed the quality, flavor, and service of an ordinary buffet. They boast an impressive dessert selection and have dedicated stations for pho and pasta. The seafood and various meat options, including frog legs, are generally good, although I didn’t see any crawfish during my visit. There’s a nacho bar alongside gumbo, chowder, and bean ham soup. I especially loved the artichoke salad! Overall, it's a fantastic place to enjoy a variety of seafood dishes at a great price.

Without a doubt, this is the best food I've ever tasted! The service is amazing, and I'm hooked on the all-you-can-eat crab buffet. The prices are excellent as well!
